Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to any private driver service, tour or experience booked with Putu ("Travel Real Bali"). By confirming a booking you agree to the points below.

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed on the date, route and price via WhatsApp, email or Instagram. Please share an accurate pickup location, time and the number of passengers.

2. Payment

Payment is made in cash (IDR) at the end of the tour unless otherwise agreed in advance. For multi-day trips and large groups a small deposit may be requested.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pickup time. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a reasonable fee to cover preparation and reserved time.

4. Itinerary changes

Plans can change. We can adjust the route on the day where possible. Significant changes that extend the trip may affect the agreed price. Weather, traffic, road conditions and local events occasionally require us to adapt the itinerary for your safety.

5. Responsibility

The car is fully insured and maintained. You are responsible for your own travel insurance, personal belongings and any activity-specific risks (e.g. cycling, trekking, water activities). Please follow safety instructions during activities organised on your behalf.

6. Conduct

We ask all guests to respect local customs, especially when visiting temples and traditional villages. Smoking and alcohol consumption are not allowed inside the vehicle.

7. Liability

Travel Real Bali is not liable for delays, missed connections or losses caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including weather, traffic, government actions or third-party service providers (restaurants, attractions, partners).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
